Chapter 28 — Journaling and Reviews
Journaling is not self-indulgent unless it becomes self-theatre. A useful journal is short: facts, corrections, emotional weather, one decision for tomorrow.
Weekly review prompts:
- What habit strengthened?
- What habit returned under stress?
- What did I avoid?
- Who did I treat well?
- What will I change next week with one lever only?
Monthly review adds lineage and meaning: why am I still here, and what is this practice making of me?
